By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

Rights of Use
By commissioning, you only buy my services as an artist or animator, not the rights to the artwork.Client
• You reserve the right to any personal use of the final file, including but not limited to: display on personal accounts or websites, print and physical reproduction for gifts or personal use.
• If used on Live Streams or Videos, you must add proper credits either in the "about" page of the channel or the description of the video.
• If you plan on using the artwork for commercial purposes, the total price and any royalties must be discussed and agreed upfront.
• You may NOT claim any part of the artwork as your own, nor trace it or use it as a base.
• You are NOT allowed to use or upload the artwork for NTFs or AI purposes.Artist
• I reserve the rights to the final artwork or model.
• I reserve the rights to decline any given request or client before payment.
• I am allowed to post your commission in my portfolio or social media, with proper crops or watermarks. Any privacy requests must be discussed beforehand.
• I am NOT allowed to use your commission for commercial purposes, unless authorized by you.
On Workflow
Artworks will be ready within 10 days, unless stated otherwise
Vtuber model art or rig will be ready within 25 days, unless stated otherwise• Small revisions are unlimited during the sketch fase. Up to two major changes are allowed after the piece is finished, if the request is too complex or over said ammount, an extra fee will be requested.For drawings, you'll receive a full resolution PNG and JPEG via e-mail.
For Vtuber model Art, you'll receive the PSD file with all layers via e-mail.
For Vtuber model Rigging, you'll receive a "vts" folder with all animations and expressions set-up in Vtube Studio, via Google Drive.
If you want the MOC3 file of a Live2D model, an extra fee may be requested.
On Payment and Refunds
• Payment is done by Paypal, Ko-fi or Pix• At least 50% of the price must be paid upfront, the rest must be paid before the final artwork is delivered.
Due to international transfers taking a 7,4% cut with each transaction, full payment upfront would be greatly appreciated!• The prices are based on the hours I take plus any software and transaction fees. Prices are subject to change, and may be discussed depending on the complexity of a request.• Refunds can be be issued if I haven't started the commission.
• If I've started your commission, only partial refunds can be discussed.
• No refunds will be issued after the artwork is deemed finished.
